Mike has nearly 30 years of Recruiting experience with focus on partnering with clients in enterprise technology, investment banking, and financial technology to build their Go to Market teams. Mike’s learned that he thrives on building. During his career, he’s grown from building regions to building lines of business by empowering his clients to build their Go to Market teams with the best talent that is the right fit.

Mike launched his Recruiting career in 1995 with The DataFinders Group where he took a dormant mid-Atlantic territory from lowest ranked to top percentage of quota within two years. Mike spent 14 years ranking as one of the firm’s top performers and being promoted to District Manager and then Regional Manager. Some of the market leaders that Mike worked with included Oracle, SAP, Siebel Systems, Ariba, MicroStrategy, Sterling Commerce, KPMG, Dun & Bradstreet and Akamai, among many others.

In 2009, Mike made a career pivot and joined boutique agency, Bristol Ebinger, which recruited front office roles for Wall Street- Investment Banks and Investment Managers. Mike joined as a Managing Director to build an Equities Recruiting practice. Within two years, Mike led a team whose clients included Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and UBS as well as several regional banks and broker dealers. In 2013, Mike joined Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruiting Manager for HSBC where he led the US Talent Acquisition operations for the investment bank, private bank, and asset manager.

In 2020, Mike returned to recruiting for technology and financial technologies firms with heavy focus on recruiting within Data Architecture and Analytics, Crypto and Blockchain analytics, AI/ML/IOT, and Cyber Security. Mike has worked with clients building both their Enterprise and Public Sector sales teams. This includes working with a privately held, Cyber firm to hire Account Executives and Solutions Engineers until they were acquired by Microsoft; and working with a privately held firm to build their Federal team which became a large contributor to the firm’s going public.

Mike’s goal is to create a paradigm shifting relationship with my clients. He leads GTM Talent Acquisition team to be an outsourced recruiting partner that consults and collaborates with clients in a way that other Recruiters can’t and won’t. The service will drive a recruiting process that enables clients to learn from market data, adjust criteria and process, where needed, and lead to the right hire.
